Returns & Refund

RETURNS:
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including its original packaging. Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted (where applicable) for:

  • Any book showing obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

LATE/MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at electricloft@gmail.com.

SALE ITEMS:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES:
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, send us an email at electricloft@gmail.com.

GIFTS:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

SHIPPING:
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

INSURANCE POLICY:
You have 30 days from arrival to return your product if you are not satisfied. If your product is damaged, lost, or stolen, we will replace it only if you have purchased insurance from us. Without insurance, we cannot cover lost, stolen, or damaged items. The insurance lasts for 3 months upon arrival. After this period, the insurance expires and cannot be extended.
